  • Info about your MIDILLI account (explained below).

We do not use or sell your data for spam or advertising purposes. Ever.


🚚 When do we share your data?

We only share data when necessary:

  • Your shipping address goes to the delivery company — only if you buy a physical product.
  • Your payment details (credit card, billing address) go directly to Stripe, Google Pay, PayPal, or Klarna. We don’t see or store them.

🔐 How do we store and protect your data?

  • Your info is stored in a secure database.
  • We regularly apply security updates.
  • The website uses HTTPS, meaning your connection is encrypted.

🎛️ My MIDILLI Account

We only ask/store for the minimum needed:

  • Your email address
  • Your password (safely hashed, not in plain text)
  • Your owned MIDILLI devices (automatically tracked)
  • Last login time (for security tracking)

If you delete your account, your devices will stay in the database so others can continue using them (for example, if you sold or gave them away).


🍪 Cookies We Use

Yes, we use cookies — but only two, and they’re both helpful:

  1. Cart Cookie: Remembers your shopping cart so your items don’t disappear while browsing.
  2. My MIDILLI Cookie: Keeps you logged in to avoid typing your password every time.

Other optional cookies are stored only after getting your consent. These are used to show, e.g., external videos from YouTube.

If you want to clear them, you can log out manually or clear cookies from your browser anytime.


♻️ Returns and Data Retention

If you return a product, we may need to keep your shipping and return details for legal and logistic reasons.

But don’t worry — all return-related data is automatically deleted after 1 year.
