Since the early release, things have been moving fast. Your feedback made it clear where LumiFind needed to grow, so we focused on improving the workflow, making analysis more flexible, and smoothing out small rough edges. Below is a look at what has changed so far and why these updates matter.

When we launched LumiFind on Kickstarter, our goal was simple: let anyone search their entire digital life privately, locally, and instantly. The campaign exceeded every expectation and today we are excited to share something even better. The first production release has already reached backers ahead of schedule.

Over the last few days we have started receiving real feedback from people using LumiFind in their daily workflow. It feels great to see the vision turning into something that helps others right away.

We've been using LumiFind ourselves for months to quickly find files, photos, and documents across our computers and servers. It’s become an essential part of our workflow. Fast, private, and reliable.

Now, we've decided to share it with the world through Kickstarter. LumiFind helps you search anything instantly, without relying on the cloud, keeping all your data fully private and under your control. Search for documents, images, voice clips, and videos, even if you do not remember the location or the filename.
